About This Service
I approach indoor environmental and building problems as an engineer and investigator.
Rather than beginning with a particular test, product, or contractor, I start by asking:
What problem are we actually trying to solve?
Depending on the situation, that may involve building science, moisture diagnostics, indoor air quality, laboratory results, EMFs, ventilation, construction, or simply determining which questions need to be answered before spending more money.
My background includes Aerospace Engineer, home builder, indoor environmental investigations, and more than 25 years investigating unusual environmental and building problems. I'm a Board-Certified ACAC Environmental Consultant (CIEC/CMC), best-selling author, and founder of Healthy Living Spaces®.
